Ethiopia
Terra Incognita for us from small Wisconsin. We joined wings with pilots from Romania, Tesfa Tours in Ethiopia, a guide from Bulgaria and toured this ever smiling country this winter of 2025/2026.

March of 2025 came and it was time for the first paragliding trip for the year. Few options were on the table. We debated, voted, agreed and disagreed...but Morocco was the ultimate winner. And it did not disappoint
Azores, Portugal
July/August 2025 gave us an opportunity to visit the Azores Islands in Portugal once more. We had 14 days planned on the island and the paragliding Gods gave us 14 flyable days weather!
Ager, Spain
Andalusia, Spain in 2023 was not enough. This 2024 we returned and explored the northeastern most tip of this beautiful country. Catalonia valley has a beautiful paragliding gem called Ager.
Alps, Dolomites, Lake Garda, Italy
There are some places out there in the world that rank high amongst the paragliding destinations. The Italian Alps, the Dolomites and the Lake Garda areas are just some of those wonders of the world. This September 2023 we dedicated 3 weeks to experience those places....They did not disappoint!
Andalusia, Spain

Azores, Portugal
September 3 to September 19th, 2022. The Wisconsin paragliding group traveled to the Azores Islands, Portugal. Paragliding, volcanoes, clouds, hot springs, beach...much fun was in the planning. PART I and PART II show just a small fraction of our experience there.
Himachal Pradesh, India
April 2022 came and it was time to get exotic. Incredible India with its scale, beauty and color.
It doesn't get any better than the mighty Himalayas.
Colombia

Macedonia
This June 15 - July 2, 2021 we are headed back to Europe. Republic of North Macedonia. Always a warm place for every visitor and paragliding pilot. Having last flown there back in 2009, it was a long awaited return for us.
Idaho, USA
Idaho in October 2020. What a blast. We spent a week there and manage to fly all sites we had in mind. "Thank YOU"-Horseshoe Bend Flight Park for throwing up that fun Accuracy Landing event. We loved it...!
Bulgaria
It was time for another international trip. This September 2020 is a good month for flying in Europe. Gentle thermals, pleasant winds, and moderate humidity provide a great foundation for long XC flights all across the European continent. Bulgaria.
Colorado, USA
The month of June 2020 came. The new P2 who had recently obtained their ratings over the winter and had missed the trip to Turkey now had a chance to shine domestically.
Ecuador
In February 2020 we had an amazing paragliding tour to Ecuador. From the sandy shores of the Pacific Coast to the rocky slopes and jungles of the Andes. We did it all!!!
