Compass AirSports Paramotor course runs similarly to the free flying course. Involves flat ground and hill practice days, classroom, and winch towing days. After the perfected mandatory free flying skills, the engine practice and powered flying will come into play. We blend International Paragliding and Paramotoring training procedures as well as national USHPA and ASC methods in order to provide a safe level of paramotor flying progression. Practice gear will be provided at the early stage of the free flying portion of training. Trainee is encouraged to invest in his own equipment during the process or before the start of the paramotoring segment of the course. Our trainees get discounts and support on gear ordered through us. *Training depends on weather so trainee is expected to plan and make time available on good weather days, often on short notice. We do our best to meet your schedule but weather and your time off will have the final say...
Paramotoring is the art of flying with a powered paraglider—a lightweight aircraft combining a paraglider wing with a small engine strapped to your back. Unlike traditional paragliding, which relies on solar activity, terrain, thermal currents and wind, paramotoring gives you control to launch from flat ground, climb to altitude on demand, and fly until fuel, and daylight allow. It's an ultimate blend of independence, simplicity, and adventure.
